Volunteering

While we have been in Clanton we have been volunteering at the Humane Society. I mean the boys aren't really old enough to do any cleaning or anything so we "socialize the animals". I think that was their way of making the boys feel like they were doing something important. I mean we go, we pick a cat or a dog, we play and love on them, and repeat until we have played with all of them. I felt really bad for just playing with the animals so every week i spend around $10 on supplies they need so we can donate when we go. It makes me feel like i am loving them even when we aren't there. It is usually just the boys and i but Ella was able to go during her fall break. I hope that we will continue to find charities we love and volunteer to help others as the kids continue to grow.

Somedays we leave the humane society and head to the park. Ben loves it.
