She is doing great. Last Friday, she is took her first field trip to the pumpkin patch with her class on Friday. Eric, the boys, and I are going to met her class there. We had a wonderful time. The weather was dreary but we made the best of it. We saw a presentation about all they do on the farm and then got to feed the animals. Ella's class got to build a scarecrow and then we took a hayride. The kids all got a free pumpkin and then Ella was off to the park for lunch and playtime. We went all looked at the park and then got the boys back into town for lunch. She loved the trip and getting to ride on the school bus. She is still LOVING gymnastics and cheer leading. Ella is working on her one handed cartwheel in gymnastics and learning her dance routine for the cheer leading competition. Her cheer leading group is also participating in the Christmas parade, i hope we will be here for her to enjoy it. You can imagine i am not very much help when she is practicing either of those activities. She is still doing great in school. Learning to write, spell, read and count. Always things she loves to do. She comes home and tries to teach the boys. Thursday was an early dismissal and that morning was dedicated to "dad's carving day". The school encourages dad's or other family to come and carve a pumpkin at school. Eric had to be out of town so i went. Ella and her friend Falina helped me carve Snaggles the cat. We had a great time. I got the pumpkin loaded and picked up Ella and her friend Terri. This was Terri second visit to our house for the afternoon. The kids enjoy the extra company and she is a sweet girl so i don't mind. Here are some of the pictures.
